Does it really exist?

I'm usually not a pessimist. But somehow, something has been on my mind recently. Something which i thought its hard to believe.

Call me a cynic, but somehow, i always have the tendency to contemplate on the sincerity and genuinity when a guy expresses he truthfully loves a girl wholeheartedly upon meeting up on their first date. Much as I would like to believe there is such wonderful phenomenon "Love at first Sight" and may even fanaticised about it, but at the end of the day, the sceptical, dubious, disbeliving (whatever or however its being phrase) feeling will slowly creep to you, making you wonder. Is there really such a thing? Does it really exist? Am I just being such a naive fool? And the list of doubts and uncertainty goes on...

Could it be because the terrible feeling of being afraid to be hurt or deceived that surpass the courage to believe and have faith in the love confession and accept it as true?

Well, life is ever changing and is filled with the unexpected. Time that has passed will never turn back again. Sometime, certain matter may requires one to take the risk. Watever it is or however it would turn out, no one would be able to provide a 100% spot on presumption. Probably certain events are really fated and predestined...
